RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Coryn Beauty, we want you to love your purchase. Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on used or unopen items for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and unopened.

Be in its original packaging.

Be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened blush palettes.

Used cosmetic products.

Items marked as final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@corynbeauty.com with:

Your order number.

Photos of the item and packaging.

We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund if the issue is verified.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
